Our position on copyright
This website is an independent information resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Outback Steakhouse, Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., or any other brand mentioned here.

We aim to publish only material we have created ourselves or that we are licensed or permitted to use. If you believe we have published something we should not have, we want to hear about it, and we will act quickly.
Reporting a copyright concern

To comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice needs to include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. If several works are covered by one notice, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it. Please include the full URL of each page and a description of the specific image, text or file.
- Your contact details, including name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices can slow things down. Including the exact page URL is the single most helpful thing you can do.

How we respond
When we receive a complete notice, we will:
- Acknowledge your message, normally within 2 business days
- Review the material you have identified
- Remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe, usually within 5 business days
- Notify the person who posted the material, where it was contributed by a user
- Confirm to you once the material has been removed
We may remove material while we are still reviewing a notice. Removing content is not an admission that infringement occurred.
Counter notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter notice to [email protected].
A counter notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live, or if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter notice, we will forward it to the person who submitted the original complaint. We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless we are told that a court action has been filed.

This website allows readers to leave comments on articles. Comments are contributed by users and are not reviewed by us before they appear.
If a comment contains material that infringes your copyright, report it using the process above and we will remove it.
Repeat infringers
We will restrict or block access for any user who repeatedly posts infringing material. We may also remove content proactively if we become aware that it infringes someone’s rights, whether or not we have received a formal notice.
False claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
Please make sure you hold the rights to the material, or are authorised to act for the owner, before sending a notice.
